I have no clue how these things get calculated but if they guarantee a range of speeds to their customers then those are the speeds you should get, regardless of any outside factors that have been spoken of or insinuated. I read this and couldnt help remembering how i pulled my hair out over speed tests in the past, near past. I have spectrum internet, for me im supposed to get up to 250 Mbps if i remember correctly.
